My most favorite japanese cuisine next to sushi would be onigiri (rice balls). I make some pretty decent rice balls, I like to fill mine with curry. You can fill onigiri with practically anything you want. It's a good way to get rid of leftovers. Anyways this is my onigiri emote.

theres another reason why i love the stuff so much.. at the store where i buy mine from (too cheap to buy the seaweed to make my own) theres this really cute japanese guy working there. Buying the onigiri is like my only reason to go to that store and see the guy
